A Stronger Voice for Builders: O'ZBEKISTON QURUVCHILAR UYUSHMASI Joins the Presidential Public Council

O'ZBEKISTON QURUVCHILAR UYUSHMASI has joined the new composition of the Public Council for Entrepreneurship Support under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and has already taken part in the Council’s first meeting.

The new composition of the Council was approved by Presidential Decree No. PF–175 dated August 27, 2026. The Council consists of 40 members, including entrepreneurs, public representatives, economists, lawyers and industry experts. 

The first meeting of the newly formed Council was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The meeting was chaired by Business Ombudsman Abdamannop Buriev and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Davron Vakhabov.

The discussion focused on supporting entrepreneurs, reviewing proposals and initiatives from the business community, and further improving the business environment.

What does this mean for the construction industry?

The participation of O'ZBEKISTON QURUVCHILAR UYUSHMASI in the Council provides a new platform to raise systemic issues facing the construction sector, present proposals from market participants and promote initiatives aimed at industry development.

For the us, this is more than a new status.

It is a responsibility — to represent the interests of the construction community, bring pressing industry issues to the table and contribute to solutions that support the sector’s long-term development.

The first meeting has taken place.
 Now, the focus is on concrete work and results.
